Who We Are

FacadeX Group was born from a vision to revolutionize the façade industry. Founded by three experienced professionals who have been working in the GCC facade sector for over 20 years.
Our journey began when we started a Saudi-based subsidiary company in our homeland Kerala and started working together.

Early on, we faced a major challenge: there was a shortage of skilled façade professionals in the market, making it difficult to execute projects efficiently. At the same time, we saw countless graduates struggling to find jobs due to a lack of practical skills and real-world experience. This gap sparked an idea — to connect aspiring professionals with industry opportunities and elevate the standard of facade engineering. That’s how FacadeX Academy was born.

The Academy focuses on hands-on, practical training, integrating live projects from the GCC and India, ensuring students gain real-world experience and are ready to meet industry demands.
As we grew, many companies in the GCC approached us with pending projects, citing the lack of qualified professionals. We stepped in, successfully completing these projects and building trust with clients — and that’s how FacadeX Consultancy came into existence.

Today, we have trusted partnerships with 10+ companies across the GCC, delivering reliable facade engineering solutions.
To complete the ecosystem, we launched FacadeX Recruitment, connecting skilled professionals with leading facade companies across the GCC and India. This initiative not only helped companies overcome workforce shortages but also created meaningful opportunities for our students and other professionals.

Today, FacadeX Group stands as a trusted hub for learning, consultancy, and recruitment in the facade industry, driven by a mission to empower professionals, support companies, and transform the engineering landscape.

Mohammed Irshad

With 20+ years in the façade field, he has served from designer to Technical Manager on major GCC projects. He holds broad expertise in various façade systems and technical solutions.

Shahul

Shahul Hameed

With 15 years of experience in façade estimation and costing, he has handled major projects in Saudi Arabia. He is proficient in pricing and technical aspects of façade systems.

Swalih

Muhammed Swalih

With over 10 years of façade industry experience in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar, he has worked on major projects as a skilled Technical Engineer. He is also an entrepreneur with strong global professional connections.
